Rifago Industries

Custom Bomber Jackets Built for Streetwear and Fashion Brands

Rifago Industries produces custom bomber jackets for streetwear labels, fashion brands and merch programs that want outerwear built to their own tech pack. We cut the shell, set the padding, knit the rib trims and stitch the embroidery on our own floor. Every bomber jacket starts at 30 pieces per style. Sample production takes 10–12 business days, and bulk production runs 14–16 business days.

Why Brands Choose Rifago Industries for Custom Bomber Jackets

Online customizers print your logo on a blank body that thousands of other stores also sell. We take the opposite route. Our pattern makers draft the bomber from your measurements, so the crop, the sleeve volume and the collar height belong to your brand. That gives you custom bomber jackets your customers cannot find under another label, and a fit you can repeat on every reorder.

Many outerwear factories also ask for 100 pieces before they cut a panel. Our floor starts custom made bomber jackets at 30 pieces per style, with sampling and bulk dates confirmed in writing before you pay. You receive an AQL 2.5 inspection report before the cartons leave. It is the same process we follow as a streetwear manufacturer for hoodies, tees and sweatsuits.

Rolls of satin and shell fabrics in many colours for bomber jacket production

Shell Fabrics for Custom Bomber Jackets

The shell decides how a bomber looks, drapes and wears across seasons. A nylon shell gives the crisp military look. Satin carries embroidery and shine, which is why custom satin bomber jackets suit souvenir-style drops. The table below compares the shells we cut, so you can match each one to your season and price point.

Satin Bombers With a Souvenir-Jacket Finish

A satin bomber jacket reflects light, so every seam and every embroidery stitch shows. We cut satin with the grain marked on each panel to keep the sheen running the same way across the body. Our custom satin bomber jackets use a padded or quilted backing that stops the face fabric from puckering under dense stitching.

Reversible custom bomber jackets suit this shell well. One side is satin with your back embroidery, and the other side is nylon or a quilted face in a contrast colour. You sell one jacket that works as two looks, and the shared zipper and rib trims keep both sides finished.

Nylon Flight Bombers and Wool Bodies

The MA-1 bomber jacket started as military flight gear, and buyers still expect its details. We cut nylon twill shells with a zipped utility pocket on the left sleeve, a padded body and a reversible option with a bright lining. Hardware and rib colours follow your palette rather than the standard olive. For a vintage bomber jacket look, we can sample garment-washed nylon or a faded olive dye.

A wool bomber jacket is warmer and reads more premium. We use wool and wool-blend bodies with knitted rib trims, often with a contrast stripe at the cuff. Brands that already sell our custom varsity jackets often add a wool bomber in the same palette.

Low-MOQ Bomber Jacket Production From 30 Pieces per Style

Our low MOQ for custom bomber jackets starts at 30 pieces per style or design. A new label can launch outerwear without funding 100 or 300 units of one colour. The same minimum applies across every category we make as a low MOQ clothing manufacturer, so your jackets and hoodies can launch together.

Splitting 30 Pieces Across Colourways and Sizes

The 30-piece floor for custom bomber jackets counts per style, not per colour. You can split one design across two colourways and a full S to XXL size run, for example 15 olive jackets and 15 black jackets. Each colourway still receives its own lab dip, so the olive shell matches its rib trims exactly.

Small runs of custom made bomber jackets stay affordable because we group shell and lining purchases across orders in the same production window. You pay for 30 jackets, not for a full roll of fabric you will never use. That keeps your cash in stock that sells.

Test a Drop Before Committing to a Season

Brands that create custom bomber jacket lines with us usually start with one style in two colours. A first run of 30 pieces shows you how customers respond to the fit, the colour and the price. We archive your graded pattern, the signed-off sample and every trim code once the order ships. When the bomber jacket sells through, the reorder starts from that approved baseline, with no new development fee.

Order size never changes the checks on custom bomber jackets. Thirty jackets receive the same in-line checks and final AQL 2.5 audit as 600. Per-unit pricing steps down as volume grows, so a proven style earns more on each reorder.

Pattern maker tracing a garment pattern on paper before panels are cut

Cut-and-Sew Construction for Custom Made Bomber Jackets

We turn raw shell fabric, padding and rib knit into finished jackets on our own floor. Custom made bomber jackets have more layers than most tops: shell, padding, lining, rib trims, zipper and pockets. The way those layers join decides how the jacket hangs on day one and after a full winter. The same cut and sew apparel manufacturers workflow covers our tops and bottoms too.

Pattern Grading for a Cropped, Relaxed or Oversized Fit

Our pattern maker reads your tech pack line by line before any fabric is cut. We check body length, sleeve drop, shoulder width and rib depth. Any measurement that will shift once padding is added gets flagged early. A cropped bomber needs a deeper waistband rib, while an oversized cut needs extra sleeve length to sit right.

Grading then carries those proportions from XS to 3XL. Custom bomber jackets keep the same silhouette in every size, so a small and a 3XL look like one design. Pocket positions and embroidery zones scale with the panels, not by guesswork.

Padding, Quilted Lining and Rib Knit Trims

We offer padding in three weights. Light padding suits transitional spring and autumn jackets, mid weight covers most of the cold season, and winter weight adds real warmth for colder markets. Each weight is quilted to the lining, so it stays in place and does not clump after washing. A quilted bomber jacket with diamond stitching visible on the shell uses the same three weights.

Linings come as a quilted lining, smooth taffeta or soft sherpa for a winter collar and body. Sherpa adds bulk, so we grade the body slightly wider when you choose it. Ribbed cuffs and hem are knitted to your Pantone references, along with a matching collar. One or two contrast stripes sit exactly where your design places them.

Zippers, Pockets and Stress-Point Finishing

You choose a metal or nylon front zipper for your custom bomber jackets, with a branded puller if you want one. We test each zipper batch for smooth travel before it reaches the sewing line. Welt pockets sit at the front, and the MA-1 sleeve pocket closes with its own zip.

Bar-tacks reinforce pocket corners and the sleeve joins, where daily wear pulls hardest. Twin-needle top-stitching along the armholes and yoke keeps the shape clean after months of use. That protects you from returns caused by torn pocket corners.

Custom Embroidered Bomber Jackets and Decoration

Decoration is where a bomber becomes your product. Embroidery, embroidered patches, chenille and screen printing all happen in our building, which keeps colour, size and placement under one supervisor. Custom embroidered bomber jackets need a different setup from cotton tops, because shiny and padded shells move under the needle. This table compares the four methods we offer.

Large Back Embroidery on Satin Shells

Souvenir-style back pieces can carry tens of thousands of stitches. We hoop the satin with a tear-away stabiliser and a padded backing, so the shell stays flat under that density. Thread colours are matched to your artwork before the first sew-out.

For custom embroidered bomber jackets, we stitch a sew-out on your actual shell fabric before bulk. Once you approve the photo, our embroidery team matches every bulk piece to it. The same sew-out rule applies to all custom embroidered jackets we produce, from satin bombers to wool varsity styles.

Chest Logos, Sleeve Hits and Patches

Smaller marks work well on any shell. A left-chest logo, a sleeve hit near the cuff or a woven patch on the pocket adds brand detail without heavy cost. Chenille patches suit varsity-inspired drops. Each patch is sewn on before the lining closes, so no stitches show on the inside.

Custom printed bomber jackets use screen printing on cotton shells or on the lining, where a large graphic shows when the jacket opens. We place every mark on a sheet measured from fixed seams, so each size matches. A 2XL jacket carries a slightly larger back piece than a small, while the chest logo stays the same size.

Blank hang tag on garment fabric, ready for private label branding

Private Label Trims and Packaging for Your Bomber Line

With private label production, the zip puller, the neck label and the hang tag all carry your name, and our name appears nowhere. Each element is sourced, attached and packed during production. You can extend the same branding to tees and hoodies through our private label clothing manufacturers service.

Branded Zip Pulls, Woven Labels and Hang Tags

A custom zip puller is the first detail a customer touches, so we source it in metal or rubber with your logo. Your woven labels can sit at the back neck or on the inside pocket. Care and size information goes on a printed label stitched into the left side seam.

Hang tags are printed with your brand story, retail price and barcode, then fixed with the fastener you choose. The jackets arrive ready for your shop floor or your e-commerce photos. Tags can carry fabric and padding details, which helps customers compare your styles.

Folding, Polybagging and Carton Labelling

We fold each jacket to your spec, place it in a polybag and add a size sticker. Padded bombers are folded with tissue at the collar, so the rib does not crease in transit.

Cartons carry your SKU, colourway and size breakdown on the outside. Your warehouse can check in the delivery without opening every box. If you sell through retail partners, we pack to each partner’s carton rules instead.

Still choosing between satin and nylon? Ask for a fabric swatch pack, or start with a 30-piece trial run in one colourway before you commit to a full season.

Lab Dips for Shell, Rib and Lining Colours

A bomber uses three or four materials that all dye differently. Nylon, satin and rib knit can each turn a slightly different shade from one dye recipe. We dye lab dips for every component against your Pantone TCX reference.

You approve each dip before bulk. That protects you from receiving custom bomber jackets with cuffs a shade off from the body.

AQL 2.5 Inspection Before Dispatch

Inspectors pull a random sample from every finished order. They measure each jacket against your spec within ±1–1.5 cm, run every zipper end to end and check stitch density at the seams. Embroidery position is checked against the placement sheet. Padded jackets are also checked for even fill across each quilted channel.

You receive the report before shipping. Any jacket outside tolerance is repaired or replaced in our factory, so the problem never becomes yours.

Custom Bomber Jackets FAQ for Brand Buyers

Price depends on the shell fabric, the padding weight, the decoration and the quantity. A nylon shell with light padding and a chest logo costs less than satin with large back embroidery. Send your tech pack and target quantity, and we will quote a per-unit price.

The minimum is 30 pieces per style or design. Those 30 can cover two colourways and a full size run. Reorders start from your approved sample.

An MA-1 has a nylon twill shell, a sleeve utility pocket and a military look. A varsity bomber uses wool or satin with striped rib trims and chenille or twill lettering. We produce both styles.

Yes. A common build pairs a satin side with a nylon or quilted side in a contrast colour. Both faces share the same zipper and rib trims, so the jacket looks finished either way.

Sample production takes 10–12 business days after we confirm your tech pack. Bulk production takes 14–16 business days after you approve the sample.

Yes. A sketch, a few photos or a jacket you already own is enough to begin. We turn it into a full tech pack and share it for your approval before sampling.

We export finished custom bomber jackets worldwide. Cartons are packed and marked to your warehouse rules, and shipping terms are confirmed with your quote.
